Westpoint’s full technical support service covers most hardware and software requirements, and this can be provided on-site or via the Internet remotely.

 

The service can begin with installation and customer training, and there is a choice of ongoing support contracts available, or we are pleased to provide an ad hoc service.

 

1      Total solution – this covers both hardware and software support, as and when required

 

2      Hardware support – a choice of:

•        Fully comprehensive on-site support

•        Return to base 3-day turn around

•        Return to base standard manufacturer’s warranty

•        Return to base ad hoc repair

•        Ad hoc call out

 

3       Software Upgrade Subscription Programme

This includes all relevant updates and upgrades, together with any new documentation. A more in-depth service is available with a Total Solution Support Contract.

 

4       Users not covered by support programmes

Technical support is available via phone, fax or email on an as-needed basis. We can also provide on site visits, which can include repairs on site or return to base.

 

5       Rental

Westpoint supply rentals of Jukebox and Tape systems. A wide range of units is available to suit your needs from a spare unit while yours is repaired, to providing a solution for the migration of data for short term contract.
