Product Overview
The D-Series library family is aimed at value-oriented,
small to medium-capacity DVD archive environments. It is
available in three different models, the D120, D240 and
D480, with from 80 to 480 slots. Fully populated capacities
range from 564 GB to more than 4 TB, and up to six Multi
Drives can be supported in a single library. D-Series
libraries have an optional Rotation Station for support of
9.4GB double-sided DVD media and come standard with an LVD
interface |
Product Overview
The Enterprise D-Series library family is aimed at
value-oriented, high-capacity DVD archive environments. It
is available in three different models, the D875, D1525 and
the D2175, with from 750 to 2175 slots. Fully populated
capacities ranging from 7 TB to over 20 TB, more than any
other DVD optical library on the market, and up to 12 Multi
Drives can be supported in a single library. Enterprise
D-Series libraries come standard with a Rotation Station and
an LVD interface |
Drives and Media
Plasmon's midrange D-Series libraries come standard with
Multi Drives for optimum flexibility and performance. These
drives support reading and writing of DVD-RAM, DVD-R,
DVD-RW, CD-R and CD-RW media. DVD-R offers Write Once Read
Many (WORM) protection along with 9.4GB capacities and high
throughput. DVD-RAM is rewritable and is also available in
double-sided 9.4GB media. |

9.4GB media, along with Multi Drives for optimum performance
and flexibility. These drives support reading and writing of

capacity and high throughput. DVD-RAM is rewritable and is
